Welcome to Bethel Greene HOA
Bethel Greene is a neighborhood right on the edge of Mauldin and Simpsonville. This neighborhood was built in the early 90s and is home to 64 lots. It consists of the following roads:
- Bethel Way
- Greenapple Way
- Oliver Ct.
- Thomas Ln.

Please contact the Architectural Committee before beginning any construction on your home or fenceline. A form is in the HOA Docs section of this site.
Help us keep the streetlights on. Dues are to be paid prior to March 31st of each year.
Your dues pay for landscaping of the neighborhood entrances and border, electricity for all streetlights, POBox Rental, and HOA Insurance.
Please pick up after your dogs when walking them in the neighborhood.

Garbage, Leaf, and Limbs Pickup
Garbage Pickup is every Thursday by the City of Mauldin.
Leaves and Limbs are picked up at the road by the city of Mauldin periodically throughout the year.
Please follow their rules for limb length and pile placement.
